New Training Program: The Juggernaut Method 2.0

Finished 13 cycles of Jim Wendler’s “5/3/1” program on the 3rd time of doing it.
Been eyeing Chad Smith’s “The Juggernaut Method 2.0” since at least a year ago but I was a little intimidated about the amount of volume the program has when I first read it.
Decided to get out of my comfortable zone and now I am going to do it.

​Plan is to do The Juggernaut Method utilizing the 2x/week training days.
I will also try to fit in some StrongMan, Sprints, Jumps, Throws and Conditioning during that time.
But the focus will be the main lifts.

After the main lifts I will be doing an assistance lift using the “5/3/1” method, except on Deadlift days.
On deadlift days I will be starting with the Power Clean using a modified “5/3/1” method (due to not wanting to be fatigued for the main deadlift sets following afterwards.)
When I do the power cleans I will only do it “3/3/1” instead of “5/3/1” method.
These assistance lifts will only do the minimum reps needed and may change the type of lifts as I progress.
Other assistance exercises used after the lifts will depend on what I have time and need that day.

StrongMan, Sprints, Throws, Jumps and Conditioning will either be implemented during a lifting session or sometime in my “Off Days”.
I will probably slowly add them in as I get the feel of the program.

Now it is time to train so I can BE UNSTOPPABLE!
