First week of The Juggernaut Method sucked!
I was sore and didn’t feel normal until a couple days after my 1st session.
Think my body acclimated after the 1st week but the 10s set just hurt.
Need to find a good rhythm so I don’t wear myself out too much on those high rep sets.
This program is definitely different from what I am used to but I am enjoying it.
Body changes is minimal but good.
Dropped some body fat but gained some weight and everything stayed the same.
Hope to make some lean gains as I progress!
