Conditioning: 4/6/10

Not as much sleep as I wanted but felt good as I start the day.
My coworker beat my sled push PR by 50 lbs a few weeks ago.
My plan today was to beat that which I did!
It was a tough thing to do and really had to push myself to do it.
May have to make another PR on it sometime next month …

Sled Push:

Sled: 70 lbs
Terrain: AstroTurf

160 lbs x 20 yards.
–  Rest 30 seconds.
250 lbs x 20 yards.
– Rest 1 minute.
340 lbs x 20 yards.
– Rest 1.5 minutes.
430 lbs x 20 yards.
– Rest 2.5 minutes.
520 lbs x 20 yards.
– Rest 3.75 minutes.
610 lbs x 20 yards.
– Rest 5 minutes.
700 lbs x 20 yards.
– Rest 6 minutes.
790 lbs x 20 yards.
DIE!
