Decent amount of sleep and average feeling as I start the day (5/10).
Had a coworker at the gym help push me do more reps that I thought I would do on my main lift.
Energy level was steady through the session.

10s Wave – Accumulation Phase: Overhead Press: 3/18/16

Not as much sleep as I wanted and felt decent for the day (5/10).
Surprised that it didn’t take as long to recover from Monday’s session.
Guess I won’t find out until next Monday’s squat session if my body has adapted to the new program or not.

Only issue with today’s session was that I haven’t really done a heavy front squat and just did some guestimate calculation based of my back squat.
Bad idea!
Will change my training max for the front squat next session.

Started late so had to leave out some assistance work.
Got what I needed to do as my last lift for the 5/3/1 program.

Not enough sleep and felt average as I start the day.
Got myself an old tire to play around with some tire drills.
After tossing the tire around I figured I need to make myself a slam ball for throws …

Finished with some fun sled work and battle ropes also.

Feeling good and decided to walk to class today and take a Krav Maga class.
It’s been a while and really enjoyed getting back to basics.
Did some quick battle rope work for a few minutes then some striking drills for a couple ofrounds also.

Good session overall.
