1st Conditioning session in a long time.
Lasted longer than I wanted it to be.
Great fun though.

And I managed to push a 600 lbs sled!
That’s a little over 1/4 ton!

Sled Sprints w/ Training Mask:

Weight: 60 lbs (sled) + 90 lbs
Distance: 40 yards
Laps: 10
Rest: 1 minute/lap
Terrain: Pavement

Found my old kevlar helmet under my desk and decided to do some sprints with it while using my training mask.
Fun stuff.

Distance: 30 yds/set
Laps: 8
Rest: 1 minute/lap
Terrain: Pavement

30 yards x 8.
1 minute rest between sets.
60 lbs sled + 90 lbs plates.

Love doing the heavy bag class!
Shows me how much I need to improve.
Doing something is better than doing nothing!
Regret is the worst enemy!

One of my favorite classes that I haven’t done in months!
Good times but realized my endurance is really weak right now.
Need to improve it drastically.
Also did a round of sparring afterwards!

Getting hit in the face early in the morning builds character!

Went to my school and decided to work on my strikes on the heavy bag.
Did some interval work as I was working on my strikes.
Damn my endurance sucks right now.
