Good amount of sleep and felt good as I start  the day (6/10).
Did woke up a little later than I wanted.
Had to skip a set of conditioning exercises I wanted to do at the end due to time constraints.

Not as much sleep as I wanted and felt decent for the day (5/10).
Surprised that it didn’t take as long to recover from Monday’s session.
Guess I won’t find out until next Monday’s squat session if my body has adapted to the new program or not.

Only issue with today’s session was that I haven’t really done a heavy front squat and just did some guestimate calculation based of my back squat.
Bad idea!
Will change my training max for the front squat next session.

10s Wave – Accumulation Phase: Bench Press: 3/11/16

Great amount of sleep and felt decent as I start the day. (5/10)
Energy level stayed steady the whole session.
Realized that I forgot to take my training max for weighted dips and chin-ups so tried to find it during my accessory work.

My body finally fully recovered yesterday after Monday’s squat session.
WOW!
Due to not used to the volume and intensity it took that long to feel normal again.
Hope my body adapts to the program sooner than later!
Otherwise a good session.

Cycle 11 – 3s Week: Overhead Press: 11/20/15

Decent amount of sleep and felt decent as I start the day (5/10).
Energy level increased slightly as I start my main lift but slowly decreased through the session.

Decent sleep and decent feeling to start the day (5/10).
Energy level increased slightly while doing the main lift but dipped down to average the rest of the session.
