Conditioning: 2/13/16

Average amount of sleep and feeling as I start the day (5/10).
Simple plan today of Yoke Carries, Tire Flips, Farmers Walk and Reverse Hyper.

Surprised myself as todays session felt easier compared to last time I made the same movements.

Cycle 13 – 3s Week: Squat: 2/8/16

Broken sleep and felt average as I start the day.
Training max has been dropped since last squat session.
Made some minor fixes on my form and realized my weak point., which is my lower back and posterior chain.
Going to somehow strengthen those weak points in time.

Cycle 13 – 5s Week: Overhead Press: 2/5/16

Not as much sleep as I wanted and felt average as I start my day (5/10).
A few more different things done today as more new equipment starts getting delivered and setup at the gym!
Started using the swiss bar for my bench press assistance work.
Also started using more sledgehammer drills for upper body days.
Changed it up on the carry by doing a mix Farmers Walk/Waiter carry which was awfully good!

Cycle 13 – 5s Week: Power Clean & Deadlift: 2/1/16

Not enough sleep as I wanted and felt average as I start my day (5/10).
Think doing 5 reps on my work set on the power cleans 5s week wears me out too much.
I may make my 5s weeks for power cleans just 3 reps each set max next cycle.

Conditioning: Yoke Carry, Farmers Walk & Sled Rope Pull/Sprints: 1/30/16

Conditioning: 1/30/16

Debating on doing any work today then I found out the Yoke was delivered and put together at my gym!
Never used one before so I was VERY excited to go train and use it.
Farmers walk handles was delivered too and a longer and thicker battle rope!
So much new toys I decided to try and use as much as I can and had a great day!
It did break my body down awfully good!

Yoke Carry:
(180 lbs Yoke)

+90 x 20 yards
-Rest 2 minutes
+180 x 20 yards
– Rest 2.5 minutes
+180 x 20 yards
– Rest 3 minutes
+180 x 20 yards

Cycle 11 – 1s Week: Squat: 11/23/15

Good amount of sleep and felt decent as I start the day (5/10).
Energy level improved slightly as I started my main lift but dropped through the session.
Still not as strong but decent day.

Cycle 11 – 3s Week: Power Clean & Deadlift: 11/16/15

Decent amount of sleep and decent feeling to start the day (5/10).
Energy level bumped greatly as I started my main lifts but slowly deteriorated as the session progressed until I was fatigued.
