Good amount of sleep and felt good as I start the day (6/10).
Getting myself prepped for the last session for the 10s Wave.
Even with only 1 high volume set, that set is no fun.
Think I am getting into the groove on this.

Not as much sleep as I wanted and felt average as I start the day (5/10).
Body slowly adapting to the volume.
Just need to make my sessions shorter somehow.

Semi-decent amount of sleep and felt average as I start the day (5/10).
Kinda excited for my first session.
Decided to use the Texas Squat Bar and it weighs 55 lbs by itself.
All I can say is I am not used to so much volume and will need a while to get used to this.

Cycle 13 – 3s Week: Power Clean & Deadlift: 2/15/16

Personal issues occurred and I had some really bad and broken sleep.
Felt tired (4/10) as I started my day and even contemplated skipping today’s session and doing it tomorrow.
Decided to go to the gym anyways as I need my own personal therapy session with the iron!

5/3/1: Cycle 2- 1s Week: Power Clean & Deadlift: 10/6/14

Cycle 2- 1s Week: Power Clean & Deadlift: 10/6/14

Good amount of sleep but woke up groggy.
Left for the gym feeling decent (5/10) but sustained energy level was better after my warm-up sets (6/10).

Everything was great through the session until I started feeling dizzy as I did my GHR so decided to end the session after that.

Cycle 2- 3s Week: Power Clean & Deadlift: 9/22/14

Decent sleep but just felt average as I started my pre-workout warm-ups (5/10).
Box jumps seems to perk me up a bit as I started my warm-up sets for my main lift feeling good (6/10).

For the most part everything felt easier for my main lifts.
Session went well by doing everything I wanted to do.
