Feeling good and decided to walk to class today and take a Krav Maga class.
It’s been a while and really enjoyed getting back to basics.
Did some quick battle rope work for a few minutes then some striking drills for a couple ofrounds also.

Good session overall.

Finished work and felt great as I prepped to go to class (7/10).

Krav Maga:

Time: 1 hour

Feeling good and finally starting some conditioning again after a few weeks away from them.
No conditioning due to trying to recover some injuries I have had in a while and also just to have a break from some intense training.

Started most of the session with my training mask doing Krav Maga.
The last 20 or so minutes I decided to just spend the time hitting the heavy bag as I became an odd man in the class.
Was fine for me as I really wanted to do some more conditioning work than self defense at the time.

Good times overall.

Sled Drag w/ Training Mask:

Distance: 1.01 mile
Weight: Sled (60 lbs) + 0
Training Mask Setting: 3000 ft
Total Time: 29 m 32.07 s

Krav Maga:

Time: 1 hour

Sled Drag w/ Training Mask:

Distance: 1.03 mile
Weight: Sled (60 lbs) + 0
Training Mask Setting: 3000 ft
Total Time: 28 m 53.20 s

Feeling good today and nothing much to do.
So decided to drag the empty sled to class and back.
No plates added to the sled as I would have been late to class if I did.

Good class and even kept my mask on 3/4 of the time.
Did some crazy drill at the end of class that almost made me vomit.
Good times!

PS:

Attempted to swing the Battle Rope over my head w/ my Training Mask on after class.
Forgot how I did it last time and somewhat fatigued from the sled drag and class.
Did poorly trying to do it and will need to try again next time.

Krav Maga:

Heavy Bag Class:

Time: 1 hour

Sled Drag to Home w/ Training Mask:

Weight: Sled (60 lbs) + 0
Distance: 1 mile
Time: 25 m 03.03 s
Training Mask Setting: 6000 ft

Feeling good so decided to drag the sled to and from class.
Didn’t want to wear myself out too much before and after class so just dragged an empty sled for now.
Still not easy dragging the sled by itself w/o any plates on it.

Originally wanted to just warm-up and stretch out before the Heavy Bag Class but ended up helping and doing the Krav Maga class due to it having an odd number.
Good session anyways.
