Conditioning: 790 lbs Sled Push PR: 4/6/10

Conditioning: 4/6/10

Not as much sleep as I wanted but felt good as I start the day.
My coworker beat my sled push PR by 50 lbs a few weeks ago.
My plan today was to beat that which I did!
It was a tough thing to do and really had to push myself to do it.
May have to make another PR on it sometime next month …

Sled Push:

Sled: 70 lbs
Terrain: AstroTurf

160 lbs x 20 yards.
–  Rest 30 seconds.
250 lbs x 20 yards.
– Rest 1 minute.
340 lbs x 20 yards.
– Rest 1.5 minutes.
430 lbs x 20 yards.
– Rest 2.5 minutes.
520 lbs x 20 yards.
– Rest 3.75 minutes.
610 lbs x 20 yards.
– Rest 5 minutes.
700 lbs x 20 yards.
– Rest 6 minutes.
790 lbs x 20 yards.

Realized that its been around 3 weeks since I managed to do a 600 lbs sled push.
Wanted to see if I can improve on that.
I had doubts in my head as I was building up to it but managed to overcome it.
Personal Record of 700 lbs Sled Push and hoping to do 16 plates sometime soon!

Cycle 10 – 1s Week: Overhead Press: 10/8/15 (155 x 1 PR!)

Decent amount of sleep and felt semi-good as I start the day (5-6/10).
Energy level improved as I started my warm-up sets (6/10).
Been planning to get a PR today and managed it.
Not the best looking one but still a PR!

Cycle 10 – 1s Week: Power Clean & Deadlift: 10/4/15 (* 175 x 1 Power Clean PR!)

Decent amount of sleep and semi decent feeling as I start my day (5-6/10).
Plan was to attemp a double PR, for both the power leans and deadlift.
Should have realized the power cleans will wear me out.
Only a PR on the power cleans and the minimum for the deadlift.
