10s Wave – Realization Phase: Bench Press: 4/8/16

Not as much sleep as I wanted, kept waking up, and felt only average as I start the day.
Energy level stayed about the same the whole session.
Left shoulder issue is acting up again but didn’t stop my session.
Just an annoying discomfort.
I may stop doing Dips and Chin-ups for now until my shoulder recovers.

Not enough sleep as I wanted and average feeling as I start  the day (5/10).
Bench Press day has to be the easiest compared to the other lifting days after finishing the 1st phase.

10s Wave – Accumulation Phase: Bench Press: 3/11/16

Great amount of sleep and felt decent as I start the day. (5/10)
Energy level stayed steady the whole session.
Realized that I forgot to take my training max for weighted dips and chin-ups so tried to find it during my accessory work.

My body finally fully recovered yesterday after Monday’s squat session.
WOW!
Due to not used to the volume and intensity it took that long to feel normal again.
Hope my body adapts to the program sooner than later!
Otherwise a good session.

Cycle 13 – 1s Week: Squat: 2/22/16

Not enough sleep as I like but felt good as I start the day (6/10).
Played around with some of the different barbells in the gym.
Thick Deadlift Bar and Texas Squat Bar.

Cycle 13 – 3s Week: Squat: 2/8/16

Broken sleep and felt average as I start the day.
Training max has been dropped since last squat session.
Made some minor fixes on my form and realized my weak point., which is my lower back and posterior chain.
Going to somehow strengthen those weak points in time.

Cycle 11 – 1s Week: Squat: 11/23/15

Good amount of sleep and felt decent as I start the day (5/10).
Energy level improved slightly as I started my main lift but dropped through the session.
Still not as strong but decent day.

Decent amount of sleep but quality maybe we low as I start the day feeling tired (4-5/10).
Energy level improved slightly as I start my main lift.
